Initial Consultation (75 minutes):
A deep dive into your unique body needs using the Nutritional Systems Profile Assessment (NSP). Identify challenges and goals to achieve while working together.
Review your individual dietary preferences and food preparation skills to curate a personalized nutrition plan that suits your unique life
Custom Nutrition & Wellness Plan:
Within 3-5 business days of our initial consultation, your personalized plan (including nutritional recommendations, supplement guidance, and lifestyle suggestions), along with your customized recipes or 7-day meal plan (with printable grocery lists), will be e-mailed to you to get started.
Internal Mindset & Habit Shifts:
Transform your relationship with food through understanding the thoughts behind what motivates you to eat. Change the internal narrative to create positive mindset shifts around eating behaviours and disordered eating patterns.
Personal recommendations on how to create a routine to simplify your life and how to choose habits that will stick when life’s routine goes out the window.
Weekly 1-on-1 Coaching:
Weekly 30 minute calls held through Phone or Zoom
Review wins and challenges in the previous week
Set intentions/priorities for the specific week ahead
New recipes or weekly meal plan provided
Talk strategy for implementing actions that align with your goals or adding further recommendations
Additional Resources:
Email support between calls
Handouts, journal exercises, worksheets, links and recipes provided as needed to support you in achieving success and feeling better.
