Initial intake session 

(45 minute online session)

  • In this session we will identify individual preferences, nutritional needs, dietary restrictions, cooking & convenience, lifestyle & activity level, relationship with food and anything else that will help me understand you and your individual needs for our time together. 

Follow up sessions

(20 minute online sessions)

  • Goal Accountability

  • Lifestyle + Mindset Coaching 

  • Written resources and worksheets 

Coaching can be purchased in packages of 4x / 8x / 12x / 24x sessions. I recommend using these sessions weekly for best results but allow flexibility to suit your needs.
